ELS Abatement & Construction is both a State of Florida licensed General Contractor as well as a Roofing Contractor allowing the company to participate in multiple scopes of construction work. ELS has experience in metal roof framing and decking; installation of rigid insulation and self-adhering membrane; architectural metal roofing and wall panel systems; demolition and reconstruction of both interior and exterior walls and fixtures. Along with the following projects, the company was awarded a sole source 8 (a) contract to maintain, remove and replace filters in painting booths at Naval Air Station, Jacksonville; provide demolition and disposal of a K-Span building at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, FL.
